The Runic ran aground on Middleton Reef in the Tasman Sea, not on Lord Howe Island, and the tug is the Fearless from Brisbane, not the Carlock. The actual date was 19 February 1961.

I always thought it was Carlock, as she was involved in similar work during the 1960's.
