Description:

Another new tug for for group ocean. But this time, they built their own tug at their Iles aux Coudres shipyard. The tug is almost identical to sister tug, Ocean Jupiter and Intrepide, Point Valliant, H-9901. They are supposed to build 3 mores of this kind. The Georgie Bain is the first tug they build in about 10 years.

J'ai regardé une photo de Point Vaillant.Ce dernier n'a que quatre fenetres sur le coté de la timonerie.Elle est surement plus longue.Merci pour les photos.

En regardant cette photo, on pourrait croire que la timonerie est plus longue que sur Jupiter,est-ce vrai? La mer est-elle trop agitée pour compléter l'armement le long de ce quai?

Bonjour Shelty!
Vous avez raison, la wheelhouse semble plus longue. Un employé d'Océan m'a dit que c'était le même modèle que l'intrépide et le Jupitère. Mais après toutes ces années, ils doivent bien avoir amélioré le modèle.
Pour l'état de la mer, je sais qu'il est présentement amaré au quai du traversier, surment qu'ils vont finir l'armement là.
Bien content de revoir Océan dans la construction de beaux petits remorqueurs!
