Description:

Overview of the Port Rashid complex in Dubai with its famous resident, the QE2, visible stern-on at the top. This port has been superseded for cargo by the huge new port at Jebel Ali but plans are underway to redevelop the area into a gateway to Dubai for cruise/passenger ships and RO/RO traffic. Photograph taken on 19th November 2009.
