Fully , marvelously,restaurated former fishingvessel.Type is called "Hoogaars" (High Ass...)and specially built and used in waters around province of Zeeland(Holland).In the early days only sails, but from the 1920,5 with a small engine.Kept in shape by freaks of Stichting "Behoud Hoogaars".
