Description:

The russian SANTIAGO DE CUBA passed the Suez-Kanal. Built orig. as ILOVAYSK by VEB Warnowwerft Warnemunde (Hull-No. 304)- Type “17”. Launched 29-11-1968, deliv. 28-02-1969 to Baltiskoye Morskoye Parochodstvo, Leningrad / USSR, 1976 renamed in SANTIAGO DE CUBA, 14-09-1996 in Freetown confiscates, 30-05-1997 as SANTIAGO sold to breaked, scrapped in Alang / India.
