Description:

Royal Mail liner taken on Southampton Water in July 1967 by the late Donald Robertson, some of whose Collection I now have.
AMAZON was completed by Harland and Wolff in Belfast in 1959 and had two sisters ARAGON and ARLANZA, The Three Graces.
She was sold in 1968 becoming AKAROA and was later converted to a car carrier AKARITA/ HUAL AKARITA reverting to AKARITA when she went to breakers in 1982.
