Interesting ship indeed! The basic ship (so without the electronics) was built by the Royal Niestern Sander yard in Delfzijl, Netherlands. There were many cost overruns and the yard nearly went bankrupt over this ship. Luckily, they are doing well these days. All electronics/spy equipment was fitted in France of course.
