ARLINGTON is under construction at Northrop Grumman Ship Systems, Ingalls Operation, Pascagoula.

Avondale is currently building Anchorage and Somerset.
Anchorage has a keel date of 9/24/07 and Somerset has a keel date of 12/11/09. That looks like a lot more than 2 1/2 months of assembly, so it must be Anchorage.
