Ex-HMAS Adelaide. FFG 01. Guided Missile Frigate. Commissioned 1980, decommissioned 2007. Best known to civilians as the ship that rescued round-the-world-solo sailors Tony Bullimore and Thiery Dubois from the remote Southern Ocean in 1997.

Now made ready by the Navy for conversion to a dive wreck to be sunk off Terrigal Beach north of Sydney.
