Willowglen seen here at Kahnawake in the St. Lawrence Seaway Sept. 11, 2005, being towed to Sorel, Quebec,from Sorel she will towed to Egypt and become a storage vessel, Willowglen was built in the Unites States in 1943, last operated in 1992,thought to be going for scrap, Willowglen was given a reprieve.

Well shot Kent, an excellent picture in itself but capturing such a moment for posperity is even better value. Sad when you see an old ship like this depart for the last time.

Excellent photo Kent. I suppose going to Egypt for storage is better than scrap, but I'd rather she remained a storage boat here. Seeing this brings back memories of being aboard her in Hamilton just over a month ago.

Fantastic photo, you couldn't have asked for more perfect weather.
