The Josephine is down bound on the Detroit River after having participated in the annual Detroit River tugboat race in Windsor, Ontariio. Built in 1957 as the Wambrau, was the Sea Diver II from 1987-2003 and has been owned by Geo. Gradel Co. of Toledo, Ohio since then. (georgegradelco.tripod.com).
