This picture taken after a incident where the Monica C. was approaching plt stn at a speed of 10 kn and shearing of a towing
cable from the MT "New Horizons" which was just towed out of anchorage. Seems like there was some confusion between the ships and the Monica C seemingly never reduced the speed which she was asked to do by the port control, Here one can see that she is brought into port with 3 tugs, most probably damage to
her rudder/propeller by the towing cable
