It`s canadian destroyer HMCS Iroquois (DDH 280) class Iroquois. Sister ships HMCS Athabaskan (DDH 282), HMCS Algonquin (DDG 283) and HMCS Huron (DDH 281) which was sank in 2007 during naval exercises.
