got the below info from a former posting
not sure who really builded the tug now,,Damen or Danica,,which is the Navy
yard in Puerto Cabello
Ocean Tug built by DIANCA, Pto Caballo 2004-06 for the Navy of Venezuela with technical assistance of the Dutch Damen Shipyard.
