I found these photos in my father's assets. This vessel was sunk by her crew the same time when my father's crew sank their ship, the EISENACH, on 31.03.1941. The fate of this vessel is unknown.

Thanks to Carimar for information! She's the FELLA of Societa Italia.

The Italian boat was used by my mother and sisters sometimes to come and go from Europe. It was sunk off the coast of Puntarenas in Costa Rica in 1941 by the crew when Costa Rica declared war on Italy. My cousin and I used to go swimming to the ruins near the shore in 1950-60.
