Absolutely no need to define yourself, Denis: it can be painful (lol).

To define myself, I have nothing against the photographer or the way he shoot this shot. The composition is superb with a perfect angle showing the whole mightiness of this luxury... cattle carrier.

Well said, Phil!!

That's a wonderful view Folke. Such a shame that some members still feel the need to make the tiresome 'cattle carrier' comparisons almost every time a nice photo of a large, modern cruise ship gets posted. Still, each to their own I suppose ;-)

I heard there's a deck somewhere inside her where the animals can walk like in their habitat.

Thank's for those words. The morning was very cloudy and dark but because of technical problems the departure from Turku was delayed and when she passed Korpo the sun was shining from a almost clear sky.

Folke, once again You have done a fantastic job! This is one of many really great pictures in Your brand new series of shots of this BIG lady;-)

Many people don't like her design, because she "just looks like a floating block of flats" - and she sure is, I guess, but I think I love her design anyway, and not least the engineering and building work of her - it is so amazing/incredible!

I followed her trip along the Danish Island "Langeland" up through "Storebælt" ("the Great Belt") and of course her passage under "Storebæltsbroen" ("the Great Belt Bridge") on marinetraffic.com, and it was quite exciting...
Unfortunately I didn't see her make the passage myself, but luckily I was able too see it in the Danish Television News though, who had filmed her from their chopper - quite a sight!
I hope there will be posted some photos of the exciting moment in here, so that all of You have a chance to see it;-)

Well, now I must stop writing... Thank You for posting and keep up the good work!;-)

Kind regards,
Søren
