April 12, 2006 (WEDNESDAY) @ 1450 HRS. CANADIAN TRANSFER is upbound Welland Canal, just cleared Homer bridge & approaching lock 3. She is an uncommon transitor & is in a pretty rough shape. Last time I’ve seen her back in 2003 when she was in winter lay-up @ Thorold Inustrial docks.
