Description:

The Greek owned EUROMARINER, built by Doxfords at Sunderland in 1955, was photographed at anchor off Apapa/Lagos on 4th January 1976. She had arrived there on 12th September 1975 from Antwerp, sailing on August 18th 1976 for Port Harcourt and then Rouen.

Built as DEFENDER for T&J Harrison of Liverpool, she had been purchased by Thenamaris in July 1975. EUROMARINER subsequently arrived at Barranquilla, Colombia, on 20th July 1977 with engine damage and was scrapped at nearby Cartagena during September that year
