Description:
Helikon Shipping Enterprises' 1957 Burntisland built PARNASSOS was photographed passing Hoek van Holland outbound from Rotterdam on 11th June 1970 for Montreal. Five days later she returned to Rotterdam following a collision.

She struck bottom, was holed and beached on 19.10.78 during a voyage from Rotterdam to Calcutta with a cargo of bagged urea and was declared a "constructive total loss"
