The final tow started April 13, 2011 from a position 30 miles north west of Mumbai towards the Arabian Sea, 350 nautical miles off the city. A team of maritime experts boarded the ship and opened the engine room valves. A few other holes were made in the ship's hull before water started gushing in. Initially the "MSC Chitra" began listing on one side. It took 36 hours before the vessel disappeared with a very huge splash.

If I am not mistaken Bombay is Mumbai, and not like it seems here a city in a district/state etc Mumbai.
Heard once the story that it happened because under british colony at the beginning the brits misunderstood
Mumbai as Bombay, which most probably sounds in indian language pretty close

This picture would probably be better suited for the "Casualties" category. That way, it will attract more attention, I think...
