And for admin: what kind of lightering You are talking about, both ships are in ballast. Or another evidence required such as ECDIS screen and Cecilia damages photo?

You can see the perforation in Ananagel Explorer's hull made by Cecilia's anchor-surely a casualty.

OK... this looks like two big college buddies after a night out with one buddy offloading on the other... OR... maybe not.

Since the vessels just collided I guess there is a hole in the tank! Quite interesting photo to me.
