Description:

Built by S. P. Austin & Son Ltd., Sunderland, (yd # 413), she was delivered to Stephenson Clarke Shg. Co.Ltd., as Gosport in October 1952.

Twenty years later she was sold and named Sanastasia and two years later Massys owned by Blue Pilots Nav. Co. Ltd. In 1975 she was sold to Overtania Shg. Co. Ltd., Nicosia and on 12 July 1977 she foundered off the coast Guinea, after an engine room explosion & fire in posn : 19.14N, 14.58W, She was on a voyage from Bulgaria to Lagos. All the crew survived.
