It is a new ferry for the Taiheiyo Ferry K.K. of Nagoya, Japan for service between Nagoya, Sendai and Tomakomai on Hokkaido.
IMO 9526655, "ISHIKARI", Built 2011 by Mitsubishi, Shimonoseki, Japan (1145), 15,800 g.t. and 6,150 dwt.
