Description:

Delivered by N.V. Boelwerf S.A. (yd # 14394) at Temse as the 52,682gt, 2,730 teu container ship Ortelius in October 1978 to CMB. Several name changes followed and after her charter to P&O as Aberdeen Bay, she went to Maersk as Maersk Hamburg, who at least painted her in their own colours !! She then became DAL Kalahari and Kalahari before almost inevitably ending up with MSC as MSC Manu. She gave them 4 years of service before being sold to Indian breakers in 2009.
