Because Nigeria from 1999 to 2012 was a country governed by the military, it depended on the UNITED STATES and there the Europeans threw ships in Nigeria like pieces of paper.
without offending and nobody getting angry, that's how it is.
The way the Europeans proceeded was as follows.
The cargo ship was called MV xxxxx, imo xxxxxx and arriving in Nigeria the satellite was turned off and the name of the ship was changed and of course the imo was deleted, then it was said that it was attacked by pirates or that it was sunk in a storm or was It sank after hitting an unidentified object and then gave bad coordinates.
Others left cargo ships abandoned at anchor and with the Tsunami of 2011.
About 20 ships appeared stranded on the coast of Nigeria, without crew, only the cargo ship.
