I saw two of them in the Norfolk area during my photographic safaris there but there may be more of them. True they are a disappearing breed as I remember they were all over the place around the Port of New York back in the '70s.
My album contains a lot of US-flag stuff as I travel stateside quite regularly.
You should also check Tom Turner who lives in the New York area. His magnificent stuff depicts Port of New York traffic from the perspective of Staten Island.

Great photo and a fascinating boat, Marc. How many of these little critters still run around Norfolk? There are only a handful of small tankers left in NYC and as far as I know, none in Boston.
