20/12/1974 engine room fire near Galapagos Islands, towed to Hamburg and rebuilt.
1986 Steam Turbines replaced by Diesel Engine.
1998 Broken up Alang arrived 7/9/1998.
The first Containership to visit NZ in 1971.
