|Ex-St.David (1981) , Stena Caledonia serves the route between Stranraer in Scotland and Belfast in Northern Ireland running through the North Channel. Due to be withdrawn from this route on November 20th 2011 along with her two present sisters to be replaced by two large Superfast vessels , which will be leased from Tallin Line. Sadly , the town of Stranraer ,on the base of Loch Ryan , will cease to be a ferry port for the first time in 150 years.
