This is the second Crescent tug to have this name

Sold March 1974, renamed GLENN SMITH; present name Dec. 2008 by Crescent Towing Co., Inc., New Orleans, La. |

Another ex-NY harbor railroad tug. The main mast with that counter weight is a trademark of that class called the GMA.
Crescent Towing rebuit them, making the wheelhouse much lower and thus spoiling their original good looks. |
