Translated: "Hi, I'm from Buenos Aires, Argentina. I found this photo of the INVAR V. My father worked on that ship all his life and I would like to contact Diego Moreno, who took the photo in April 2011. To see if the ship is still abandoned there. . Thank you so much."

Hi Pieter, this old tanker is still a mystery. I looked through some old Lloyds Register's recently, and found no trace of her under that name. I wonder where she was built?
That was the first place I looked Pieter, and only found the original photo, as above, with no further details, unfortunately. https://www.histarmar.com.ar/BuquesMercantes/Marina%20Mercante%20Argentina/Tanques/InvarV.htm I did find another website listing an 'Invar IV' but that was a different ship altogether. I note that the vessel has a rivetted hull, and keep wondering if it was British built. I will keep looking.

Could M 547 on the superstructure be of interest?
