Description:

The Ojibway, in Great Lakes parlance, is a "bumboat"; that is, a small boat that delivers groceries and other supplies to lake boats. Owned and operated by MCM Marine Inc. of Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan, the Ojibway resupplies ships of the Great Lakes Fleet. The Ojibway and Magogman were both born in 1945; I would argue that the Ojibway is in better shape and is better looking of the two!!!!!!!! Here the Ojibway is hoisting up supplies for the Edwin H. Gott at Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan on May 27, 2011. Special thanks to Ken Smith for creating the category of "Great Lakes Work Boats".
