Steel hulled 96' lightship built by Consolidated shipbuilding Corp Morris Heights, NY 1920 for Great Lakes service Stationed in lower Lake Huron 1936-70. Only black hulled lightship. Retired from service 1970.Given to city of Port Huron,Mi Landlocked 1974 Nat reg historic vessels
