Despite being freighter conversions, this ship & Her sister were more gorgeous than most ships that start out as passenger ships, especially these days. And the conversion work was done by Willamette Iron and Steel Works, which was "mostly a ship repair facility"!

Utterly gorgeous! I think that these ships were really so elegant, even with that mass of cargo-handling gear - well those give her purpose. Sheer perfection as far as funnel livery goes.
