Built 1945 By Oregon Shipbuilding Co Portland Ore as Victory-class ship NOTRE DAME VICTORY Converted to bulk freighter and lengthened 165'6" by Bethlehem Shipbuilding Co Baltimore MD and remamed CLIFFS VICTORY for the Cleveland-Cliffs Steamship Co in 1954 Lenghtened 96'3" in 1957. Sold for scrap in 1985 and renamed SAVIC. sailed overseas to China for scrapping in 1986 Phot 1980 at Port Huron Mi
