The ship was built to the praposed size requirements of the new Saint Lawerence Seaway locks-715'x75'x37'9" She was sold to Algoma Central Railways in 1986 and renamed ALGOCAPE (1). Sold to P&H Shipping in 1994,and renamed MAPLEGLEN. Sold to Canada Steamship Lines Ltd in 2000 Sold for overseas scrapping in Alang,India,and arrived there in Dec 2003.
