Description:

Passing Ellesmere Port outbound from Manchester on 11.3.78 following sale by Clan Line is the Hong Kong based Nirmal Mirchandani's SANIL the former CLAN MACINTOSH built at Clydebank in 1951.

Bound for Rotterdam to load for Apapa/Lagos, SANIL continued trading worldwide until a voyage from Shuaiba to Port Sudan in July 1980 following which she sailed to Kaohsiung for breaking arriving there on 30 August 1980.
