Thomaston was already drydocked for cleaning 3 weeks ago. She was undocked on Monday and left Mare Island for Texas 2 days ago, so yes, this is Point Defiance. Sperry is scheduled to be towed next on the 28th.

It is either the ex USS Thomaston or USS Point Defiance, both of which were laid up at Suisun Bay in 1998.
