| This was the ship which carried my father to war. He embarked in Liverpool in Jan 1942 and it took him to Egypt via Durban. |

| Your beautiful picture brings back good memories of a great ship. My first trip on an ocean liner in 1956 and it inspired a love of travel on the sea. |
