What a magnificent sight! sailing out of Sydney in her glory days.

This photo of Canberra was taken before 1984 when the P&O logo was added behind the picture windows of the Crows Nest and a satelite 'ball' was added on her top deck.

This really is a brilliant shot of one of my all-time favourite liners! Hate to be picky, but she obviously needs to be moved to the 1961-1970 category :-)

Ah, yes; knew I'd seen (a photo of) that location before.
That smoke from the funnel amply illustrates why that steamy old lady is no longer with us. Last (and only) time I photographed her she was about to leave Southampton to recapture the Falkland Islands.

Taken North Head Sydney. One of five taken - negatives have mould damage and have been restored the best I could.
