The yacht is ROVER (1930) built for Inchcape and later re-named SOUTHERN CROSS when owned by Howard Hughes.

No, it's not Nahlin, the superstructure is too high for it to be her. It is possibly the yacht Rover, which I believe was built for Lord Inchcape.
