Laid down in 1941 at John Brown & Co. Glasgow, PORT VICTOR was taken over by the Admiralty and launched as the escort carrier HMS Nairana.
Loaned to the Royal Dutch Navy in 1946 as KAREL DOORMAN, the vessel was acquired by Port Line in 1948 and renamed PORT VICTOR.
She was broken up at Faslane in 1971.
