In fact they just say that this ship is a former swedish class Hanö minesweeper and she was arrested at Cannes during the "festival de cannes" because the Joly Rogers is prohibited. The owner look to be an american. There is no details on board for the former name but at the rear there is "Reaper 728 867" may be a name and an IMO number ?
