Probably she is the romanian built tug 'Herkules', IMO:6802735. Owner in 1998 - Krymspetsgidroremstroy, Yalta.

Thanks for comment. I agree that this tug is not IMO 8724561.
But found information that this tug has name "Gerkules" and worked in Yalta port in USSR.
Possibly someboady have exact information?

This is not tug GERKULES IMO 8724561, but much larger and much older tug. IMO 8724561 is the standard harbour tug built in 1985 by Gorokhovets Shipyard and less than 30 meters in length. Pictured tug must be of early 50's. Maybe of the naval origin.
