How nostalgic!
In December 2006 I boarded for the first time on this beautiful ship. I arrived as a musician with a group in which I was the bassist of the Banda called La Típica. We walked all over the Caribbean. For me, it was a beautiful and strange experience that I lived. Strange, because for the first time I had ridden a cruise, traveled on the high seas and had moved away from my land, the Dominican Republic and from my home to move away more than 1 thousand kilometers (I had never experienced such a thing).

The first month was spent receiving impressions never before seen by me.

Nostalgic, because I managed to adapt (when I had already been occupying a space on the boat for 3 months). Now, my wish would be to see those photos that were taken in the Caribbean where we went: Saint Martin, Dominica, Saint Vincent, Bartolome, Martinique, Tortola, Union and many more islands.

I miss those experiences gained in all those three months. We sang and played for the tourists. I liked on Sundays to see an orchestra of Indonesians playing various types of wind instruments made from bamboo. I met new people and territories too. I walked it to many corners. Not only did I adapt to a single place, I wanted to know every corner because it was the only time I was going to be approaching it. I still have the card that was given to me for entry and exit.
