According to Shawn Dake on Maritime Matters she's at Viktor Lenac shipyard for an extensive refurbishment. Her new owner is Hamburg-based Passat Kreuzfahrten (owned by Indian investor Pradeep Agrawal). Passat Kreuzfahrten is a brand new line and Delphin will be its only ship. She's due to be back in service as of April 2012.

It's nice too see this oldie in good condition :)

I guess she would be cool, for somekind of old school cruise :)

According to Equasis her survey was overdue, probably because of the lay-up at Venice. Agree she still appears to be in very good condition, so would expect to see her back in service after the winter. But with whom?

This ship appears to be in beautiful condition and as she is heading into a shipyard does this mean that someone has acquired her for further service?
