The 1965 Rostock built, Latvian owned, STEPANS HALTURINS, which had operated as the Soviet STEPAN KHALTURIN until 1991, was photographed arriving at Mostyn, North Wales, on 10th September 1994 with a part cargo of bagged PVC from Constantza via Belfast
