Hello Mark,
Thank you very much for taking time to write your extended explanation. It's really appreciated. I wish that I could remember all that for a longer period. I'll try!
Best regards,
Ria

I cannot improve upon Rick;s comments, as he is as always wholly accurate.

The ship is owned by Fukujin Shipping of Japan and one a long period time-charter to FWC, who are as they say themselves:

"Furness Withy Chartering is a London and Melbourne based dry cargo ship operating and broking company which is now wholly owned by the Oetker Group, one of the largest private firms in Germany. The original parent company, Furness Withy, was established in England in 1891. On its formation the company owned 18 vessels and over the subsequent years has owned in excess of a thousand ships. At times during the company's history the total owned fleet was one of the largest in the world.

In 1980 Furness Withy ceased to be a publicly owned company when purchased by the Tung Group of Hong Kong. In 1990 it was resold to its present owner, R.A. Oetker, who, alongside diverse interests in food production, brewing, hotels, banking and insurance, also owns Hamburg Süd, a leading container carrier in the north-south trades into which Furness Withy's former liner trades were merged."
