Hi Igor,
It is a SOLAS requirement to see the sides of the hull from the bridge.
They have several camera's on deck, so the sides are visible, but her flagstate must have granted the yard / owner also with an exemption for those too short bridgewings.

It looks that thier superstructure is shifted to port side on this picture. I am wondering also why are bridge wings too short. It is inconveniently to control mooring operations.

I can't help wondering, why bother with bridgewings at all if they are too short anyway?
