Looks like the port side access door has been damaged.

This is one of the best ship designs i have seen, i noticed after a search there a a few that have this shape.. A very nice looking ship..

The Ulstein X-Bow hull line design offers significantly higher transit speed in adverse weather conditions, as well as enhanced fuel economics. The bow shape ensures soft entry into waves, thus reducing speed loss, pitch and heave accelerations, as well as eliminating slamming and vibration problems associated with conventional bow flare.

Beautiful photo of this unusual ship. What's the purpose of the design?

Is there any hydrodynamic reason for such a shape? I can't believe it's just fashion.

My feeling towards ships are like those towards women:

i like almost all of them, and they all have something to offer. :-)
