Captain Ted on Feb 08, 2012 17:16 (7 years ago)
put it in prospective guys
they sail those ones with 16-22 peoples,,depending who runs the show. If you guys look closer,,, the accoms are at least 7 container high (tiers called in cont business) now take the width of the ship,, so,,, 7 decks by will say 30 feet (length of the accom)and 25-30 m width. Which means you would have only 3-4 peoples per deck !!!
I think you all would wonder how much place there is if you would see it. Of course you have to take the service deck (galley etc)out, but still plenty of room !!!

How many TEU? When I came to sea 3,600 TEU were big ships; now they are feeders.

Oh man! They gotta fully load her quick to hide that ugliness!

Probably not much accommodation because there's not much crew. Certainly a lot fewer than there would have been in Gordy's seafaring days!

Good one Derek, hardly any accom. maybe one day all accom will be below decks lol

Hi Derek, looks like you've caught some modern version of the Flying Dutchman, no info anywhere, sometimes she's seen at a port, but no one knows any details! Spooky!!!:-)) And a very nice photo.
Best regards,
